4 weeks before, my supervisor asked me to come out with questionnaires.

i said ok.

but, doing isn't as easy as saying.

i am stuck.
don't know how make questionnaires.
don't know what to ask in my questionnaires.

to know what i don't know is very easy.
to know how to make me know about things that i don't know is another story.
and it really takes up my time.

doing PhD is not easy.
but, on the other hand it is not impossible.
