the best practice of knowledge sharing among nurses and doctors inside particular ward (this minimized my area of medical knowledge for this research) to allow faster administration and treatment time by at least 50%: case study in HTAA, Kuantan.
nurses= matren, sister, staffnurse, jururawat masyarakat, diet, practical student from KKM or nursing college.
doctors= consultant, specialist, medical officer (MO), hospital officer (HO), UIA medical student.
gosh..too much...
i think i need to choose certain entities only.
basically, these are all related entities in ensuring the medical treatment are given to the patient. what is lack from my observations are these:
1. unaccepted waiting time - for a very sick patient to receive a treatment. administration process such as admission and release.
2. lack of similarity 0r continuation of information given by doctors = different doctors have different opinions. one doctor said A while the others my have different views.
3.lack of proper efficiency in sharing information among the nurses - especially between the experienced and new one.
4. lack of proper understanding between nurses and doctors - especially in administration process. doctors couldn't find patient's blood test result for the reason nurse put at different file.
5. to improve the filing of patient's medical record and history. - have an organized patient's medical record for future use.
